Jealousy breeds contempt, anger and fear. It can also trigger anxiety and loneliness. Jealousy can impair one's judgement and cover one's thinking. It sure is going to harm a relationship. For a successful relationship it is very important you learn how to handle jealousy.
Understand what you are feeling. Jealousy can spark emotions such as anger or fear. Know whats causing you to feel the way you do.

Talk about your feeling with your partner. Discuss your jealous feelings and reach an agreement about what may be the cause of your jealousy.

Jealousy is often the result of false beliefs. Examine what it is that's making you jealous and be willing to change the likely misconceptions.

Express your feelings, good or bad, at all times. Communications is the key to handling jealousy.
Give yourself time to work through your jealous feelings. Developing trust in a relationship takes time. Work together to resolve negative feelings.
