Actions don't define you. They are reflected. People don't talk about your actions, they talk about their interpretations of your actions. They don't say what you have done, they immediately evaluate it. If you are angry they think you are doing something bad. They don't reflect your anger but their attitude about anger. Anger is beautiful and not bad. Repressing anger is bad. If you repress anger it becomes hatred. Expressing anger never accumulates enough anger to create hatred. Repressing anger piles it up inside you and then it explodes one day in hatred. A person who becomes angry easily never murders. A person who never becomes angry and always is in control can murder because he is accumulating.
This is a new interpretation. In the past anger was bad and an angry person was an evil person. Now anger shows aliveness; it is pure energy, it is a communication; it is natural, don't repress it but enjoy it. New psychology says if you enjoy anger you will become more capable of enjoying love. If you repress anger you will become hateful. You become angry only with a person you care about, otherwise you don't bother. You are angry with your child or wife because you care, you love. Another person doing the same thing will not make you angry because there is no relationship.
Interpretations change and people don't reflect you or your actions, they reflect their interpretations. You being is never reflected in the eyes of others. You have to enter into your own inward existence to reflect your own being.
